About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the 45th Force Support Squadron, Space Coast Inn at Patrick SFB, FL. This is a Regular Part-Time position. Employees appointed to a regular category position are eligible for benefits. Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds.

Qualifying Experience: Experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the maintenance functions of this position. Demonstrated proficiency with an assortment of common hand and power tools required in this position. Knowledge of a variety of accepted trade's practices in related maintenance and construction areas. Ability to read, write and speak English and be able to communicate effectively. Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions and ensure completion of assigned tasks. Ability to recognize maintenance problems and to take appropriate corrective action. Ability to safely operate an assortment of Lodging vehicles. Experience with and knowledge of personal computers and of word and data processing programs is desirable.
