You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Qualifying Experience: Experience in one or more functions of the travel industry which demonstrate the following: (1) A practical knowledge of the tour and travel industry: (2) A knowledge of recreational activities, rules and procedures: (3) The ability to plan and organize recreational activities for groups of people. Applicant must have knowledge of basic computer operations Window-based operating systems. Must possess good communication and interpersonal relations skills as well as good telephone etiquette. Must be able to read, speak, and write English. Applicant must be able to accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously such as operating a computer and telephone.
