The U.S. District Court, District of Arizona, Clerk's Office is seeking a Statistical & Management Analyst to provide expert analytical support to the executive management team. This role is critical in helping shape data-driven decisions, improve operational performance, and support strategic initiatives across the Court's administrative functions.

Job Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To qualify for the typical hiring range, the successful applicant must have two years of specialized experience, including at least one year equivalent to work at the next lower level. To qualify for the CL 28, the applicant must have at least two years of specialized experience, including at least one year equivalent to work at the CL 27 level. Specialized experience is progressively responsible experience in at least one and preferably two or more of the functional areas of management and administration (statistics, operations, accounting, auditing, etc.) that provides knowledge of the rules, regulations, and terminology of the area of statistical and workload management analysis. Applicant must have strong written and oral communication skills. Experience with the use of spreadsheets and other automation tools necessary to extract, manipulate, and present data is required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference may be given to applicants who have a bachelor's or master's degree in quantitative analysis, statistics or accounting, as well as experience with statistical concepts and reporting. Extensive knowledge of advanced statistical analysis methodologies with the ability to apply those skills to a judicial reporting environment. Prior court experience is a plus.
