To qualify at the GS-13 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the federal or private sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Examples of specialized experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis. Specialized experience may include the following: Resume reflects at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level providing strategic leadership for a complex training, workforce-development, or performance-support organization, and analyzing organizational requirements. Resume reflects skill and in applying and developing criteria for training course and program evaluation and broad experience and knowledge of government change management. Resume reflects the ability to perform key decision-making and policy development responsibilities and ability to resolve problems or issues, and/or impact on support programs. To qualify at the GS-12 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the federal or private sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Examples of specialized experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis. Specialized experience may include the following: Resume reflects at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level providing strategic leadership for a complex training, workforce-development, or performance-support organization, and analyzing organizational requirements. Resume reflects knowledge of project management principles, office automation equipment, computer application, desktop publishing, audiovisual equipment and safe handling of classified material/personal identifiable information.
