Job Description

To qualify at the GS-12 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Examples of specialized experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis. Experience managing, executing, and tracking multi-million dollar Federal budgets; allocating and monitoring specific fund codes (such as operating and capital/infrastructure funds); and executing project-level funding certifications. Experience utilizing specialized enterprise databases (such as FSMS, SAMS, or equivalent financial/project tracking systems) to monitor project performance, generate financial forecasts, and conduct asset capitalization/Construction-in-Progress (CIP) reporting in compliance with CFO audit standards. Experience analyzing, interpreting, and applying federal financial management policies, regulations, and guidelines to draft local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and train staff.
