Job Description

To qualify at the GS-09 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Examples of specialized experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis. Processing housing applications and maintaining rental or leasing properties files/ information. Conducting or coordinating inspections of units to evaluate the cleanliness, maintenance and habitability of the unit, furnishing, equipment, and facilities. Resolving a variety of housing problems by assembling facts and evaluating information on a multitude of issues. Submitting work order requests and making recommendations for repairs and improvements. OR Have successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related. OR A combination of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level in or related to the work of this position and graduate level education that provided the specific knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position that meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position.
