Applicants are encouraged to be clear and specific when describing their experience level and KSAs.A qualified candidate must possess: - Knowledge of basic service operations for libraries. - Knowledge of Navy MWR Library's mission. - Knowledge of other MWR programs and their purpose. - Knowledge of front desk library operations that include library circulations. - Knowledge of technology devices and software applications. - Skill in providing excellent customer service. - Skill in the use of technology devices and software applications to include Microsoft Officeapplications. - Skill in typing. - Skill in reading comprehension and basic math. - Skill in public speaking.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
