Applicants will be evaluated on their ability to perform the duties of the position rather than the length of experience. Ability To Interpret Instructions, Specification, etc. (includes blueprinting reading) 5. Ability To Use and Maintain Tools and Equipment 6. Knowledge of Materials 7.
