Job Description

To qualify for the Customer Service Assistant, PG -0301-7, you must meet the following requirements: (1) One year of specialized experience at the PG-05 (or equivalent) level or higher. Specialized experience includes: 1) performing accounting maintenance, data entry, and accounting corrections; 2) communicating information to internal and external stakeholders on orders, audits, and account reconciliations; and 3) providing guidance to lower-level Customer Service Assistants. OR 1 full year of graduate-level education OR Superior academic achievement OR A combination of education and experience as described above. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Only experience and education obtained by the closing date of this announcement will be considered.
