Job Description
To qualify at the GS-13 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Examples of specialized experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis. Performing administration of real property program analysis, property accountability, and other real property responsibilities. Experience identifying, classifying, managing and tracking facility Real Property assets on official agency inventory using software, programs, and other guides. Experience coordinating with construction project managers, financial system managers, audit compliance managers, inventory managers and others to ensure Real Property assets are properly tracked, maintained and otherwise managed on the inventory using the software, programs, and other guides. Experience in the development and management of budget, including justifications, computations, and impact statements to support increases or decreases, to meet planned goals and objectives. Experience analyzing space requirements based on missions and functions to ensure compliance with facilities utilization criteria.
