Job Description
Federal experience is not required. Experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector or through Volunteer Service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-timework is considered on a prorated basis. You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE GS-13: To be eligible for this position at this grade level, you must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience performing program management and analysis work involving complex administrative and operational programs, applying complex data analysis to evaluate program effectiveness and organizational performance. Analyzed program data or performance metrics to identify inefficiencies, assess risks, and develop recommendations that improved program execution and supported mission objectives. Integrate concepts or standard operating procedures into organizational processes to improve performance and enhance capabilities, utilize data systems, reporting tools, and process improvement techniques. Planned, coordinated, and executed projects, synthesizing data from internal and external sources into reports, briefings, and recommendations used by leadership to support decision-making. Coordinated initiatives across organizational levels, functional areas, and aligned organizational objectives and implementation of process improvements that enhanced efficiency and program outcomes. Experience performing executive administrative work including correspondence management, travel regulations, procurement procedures, and record management to integrate analytical findings with executive support functions.
