The incumbent must have one-year practical work experience including direct customer service. Basic computer knowledge is required (data entry, word processing, internet, electronic mail). Incumbent must have at least one year experience handling cash and utilizing a point-of-sale system. Must be able to perform basic mathematical computations. Must be able to communicate effectively and courteously, using proper English grammar and punctuation.
