Job Description

To qualify at the GS-13 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Examples of specialized experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular and recurring basis. Determining logistics modernization issues and influence future courses of action and conducts special studies analyses on logistics problems, concepts and policies across logistics functions. Evaluating resource plans, programs, and budgets as they impact supportability of logistics and track multiple complex projects and keep them on time and within budget through the application of new theories, concepts, and/or developments to supply problems not susceptible to treatment by accepted supply methods, techniques, or procedures. Integrating different and separate logistics, engineering and program analysis functions to implement an effective logistics management program. Analyzing and evaluating methods for assessing program execution and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
