Job Summary
This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Office of Human Resources Solutions, Strategy, Policy, and Accountability Division. This position develops and provides guidance on complex human resources issues to senior managers, and all levels of human resources personnel in the development of new policies and programs, directives, and human capital strategies.
Job Description
GS-13: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector: 1. Administering the full spectrum of a human resources program specifically in the area of staffing, recruitment, and classification; and 2. Reviewing, analyzing, interpreting, and applying human resources policies, regulations, and procedures to advise managers and employees on human resources related matters; and 3. Developing agency policies, guidance, and procedures in areas of staffing, recruitment and classification. These qualifications must clearly be demonstrated in your resume. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
