About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Outdoor Recreation at March Air Reserve Base, CA. The Primary Purpose of this position is to perform the full range of programming support work for the outdoor recreation center. This is a regular part-time position which means you are guaranteed to work at least 20 hours per week.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Progressive experience in planning, organizing, conducting and evaluating outdoor adventure programs or other practical experience which has provided a working familiarity and knowledge of the procedures and programs followed in group activities of a recreation program is desired. Must possess skill in dealing with public. Must be able to work being exposed to a variety of cold or hot weather. Must possess the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle with attached trailer. Must possess a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record with no major violations. Availability to work uncommon work schedule including weekends and holidays. Position is a position oftrust and is subject to satisfactory completion of a Tier I background check. This is a drug testing designation position. The incumbent is subject to random testing for drug use.
