Job Summary

This position will be assigned to the NAF Human Resources Office and is considered an entry level/ developmental position. The incumbent will support the NAF Human Resources Office in a fast-paced office environment with general day to day operations (answering phones, filing, scheduling, customer service), providing recruitment and placement services by procedurally processing a full range of time sensitive personnel actions from onboarding to separation. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Experience performing clerical work and providing customer service to internal and external customers; applying rules, regulations, and procedures in accomplishment of clerical/administrative work; utilizing office automation software (MS Windows, MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel). Successful completion of an ANACI is required.
