You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Experience in applying marketing policies, procedures, methods, and publicity techniques; conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs; planning activities/events in support of promotional strategies and commercial sponsorship. Ability to communicate effectively (orally & written). Previous supervisory experience and/or knowledge of Services programs are highly desired. The incumbent may be required to travel away from duty station for official business. OR Education Substitution: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level education leading to such a degree or LL.B or J.D., if related. Field of study should be in Marketing or Business Management.
