Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Progressively responsible experience in supply or related operations which has provided a basic knowledge of supply inventory and accountability procedures; and principles and techniques involving acquisition logistics processes. Experience must have been sufficiently demanding to demonstrate the ability to apply basic analytical methods and techniques to resolve supply problems and/or identify potential deviations from normal supply procedures or requirements. Must be able to properly manage a government purchasing account according to established policies. Knowledge and ability to perform a range of standard clerical assignments while resolving recurring problems through self-identified creative solutions. Must have capable mobility or hands, arms, feet, and legs to lift and carry parts and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Must possess an appropriate, valid driver's license as required by local regulations and must be able to obtain and maintain an official vehicle operator license. Must have experience in receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, or other processing of cash items and cash accountability methods. Condition(s) of Employment: Successful completion and favorable adjudication of applicable background investigation (Tier 1 Level) is required. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical. This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent is subject to random testing for drug use.
