Job Summary

This Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) position will be assigned to the Community Services Facility at Wright-Patterson, AFB. Supervises all bartenders & bar assistants to include selecting, establishing work schedules, assigning work, approving/disapproving leave request; maintaining discipline; preparing performance evaluations and award recommendations. Position includes paid holidays, leave accrual, optional Group Health/ Dental, Life Insurance plans, Retirement, 401K ,Flexible Benefits plans

Qualifying Experience: Must have experience that provided a general knowledge of management principles and practices. Experience may have been gained in operation, administrative or supervisory/managerial position in a bar or similar establishment. The experience must include responsibility or supervision over the bar operations. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be able to communicate effective orally and in writing. Must possess skill in dealing with the public. May be required to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquires (NACI).
