Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Preferably have progressively responsible experience in a military or civilian lodging program, which provided knowledge of supervising other persons, and be familiar with supply and vehicle maintenance; or the ability to build teams and work with others. Supervision experience should be at a sufficient level to ensure knowledge of how and why tasks are performed and to ensure work is performed efficiently and effectively. Have experience, which demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively, and efficiently both orally and in writing and the ability to deal effectively with individuals or groups to accomplish work/tasks. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI): "This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent is subject to random drug testing for drug use."
