Job Summary

About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Outdoor Recreation Otter Lake on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK. This is a not to exceed (NTE) position of 30-Sep-2025. This position is also Flexible, meaning you are guaranteed a minimum of 0 hours per week to a maximum of 40 hours per week. Your schedule will depend on needs of the facility.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Practical knowledge and/or experience of recreational activities and equipment, rules and procedures in a recreation program activity which has involved recreation work in the area of specialty in which the position is assigned, cash handling and customer service experience. Successful completion and favorable adjudication of applicable background investigation (Tier 1 Level) is required.
