About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Polar Bowl bowling center on JBER, AK. Regular Full-Time employees have a regular and continuous work schedule of at least 35 hours to a maximum of 40 hours per week. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must have progressively responsible experience in a military or civilian bowling center. Must have progressively responsible experience in a food and beverage operation. Must have supervision experience which should be at a sufficient level to ensure knowledge of how and why tasks are performed efficiently and effectively. Must have experience which demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Have the ability to deal effectively with individuals or groups to accomplish work or tasks. Must have experience in receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, or other procession of cash items when this includes direct handling of cash items and use of cash accountability control methods. Must be able to work an uncommon tour of duty to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
