About the position: This is a NAF position with the 61st Force Support Squadron, located with Outdoor Recreation in San Pedro and El Segundo, California. This position is Flexible. The position is guaranteed 0 hours, but has the potential to work up to 40 hours per week. As a flexible employee, you are not eligible for leave or benefits.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must have responsible experience which demonstrates the ability to perform satisfactorily at the grade level of the position. Must have strong computer skills to include competence navigating the internet, computer word processing, and spreadsheet program. A general knowledge of the surrounding area and amusement parks is highly desired. A practical knowledge of the travel, tour, and hospitality industry and knowledge of recreational activities, rules and procedures is highly desired. Applicant must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Applicant must have experience handling multiple tasks concurrently that developed organizational skills. Must be able to work an uncommon tour of duty including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (Tier-1 Investigation). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
