Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must have progressively responsible work experience or extensive training in automotive or retail operations, demonstrates ability to perform the duties of the position. Must have general experience/knowledge of automotive equipment, e.g. wheel alignment systems, lifts, tire machines, brake lathes, battery chargers, JCI machines, and other basic power and hand tools. Must have knowledge of general business principles and financial planning. Must be able to understand and analyze financial statements. Must have supervisory experience. Must have ability to use computer software to monitor sales, inventory, accounting, timekeeping, etc. Must be well versed in cash handling procedures. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical. Must have a valid SOFA drivers permit. Successful completion and adjudication of a Tier 1 Level background investigation is required. This is a drug testing designated position.
