Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales. Must have a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience Experience in POS Systems. Must have experience with quality control, cash handling and inventory management procedures. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Must be able to work in a high-performance atmosphere with commitment to service goals. Must be able to multi-task with high quality follow-up and holding teams accountable to results. Attention to detail is required. Knowledge of any of the following activities is highly desirable: Water Sports, Scuba, Surfing, Snorkeling or Equipment Maintenance and Repair. Required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
