Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Applicant must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and the public. Must have administrative experience, including preparing reports, composing correspondence, and managing organized files. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, along with excellent written and oral communication skills for engaging with the public and all levels of management. The position also requires experience in cash handling and sales operations. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate progressive experience in golf operations and in one or more of the following fields: marketing, communications, retail, or business administration.
