Qualifying Experience: Experience which demonstrates the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute diverse catering events for large groups, across varied formats and service styles. Must have experience in scheduling special events, arranging catering services, and supervising facility layout for social functions. Must be able to organize activities requiring multi-faced coordination and collaboration across various services and personnel. Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and staff, orally and in writing. Must have experience in developing and monitoring budgets and analyzing costs. Must have the skills to market and promote catering services through outreach, member engagement, or advertising strategies.
