About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Eglin AFB Aero Club. Position is Regular Part-time (RFT) guaranteed 35-40 hours per week and schedule tour of duty may include nights, weekends and holidays. RFT employees are eligibles (Health/Dental Insurance; Life Insurance; 401K & AFNAF Retirement Plan with Employer matching contribution; PTO/SL/Holidays).

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Experience with NAF instructions and procedures which show progressively responsible administrative, technical, clerical, budgeting, or other office work in one or more of the functions of an Aero Club. Must have experience supervising the work of others. Experience with FAA and VA rules, regulations, practices and procedures are required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word, Outlook) programs. Ability to train personnel for testing site or experience which shows potential to develop these qualities. Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Familiarization with general aviation operations is desirable. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Condition(s) of Employment: Successful completion and favorable adjudication of applicable background investigation (Tier 1 Level) is required.
