Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Applicants must have responsible work experience or extensive training in general equipment and vehicle/RV maintenance and repair, which demonstrates ability to perform the duties of the position. Must have demonstrated experience in customer service, providing instructions and training for equipment rental or use. Must be able to speak, read and write English. Must be organized, and be proficient in scheduling tasks according to demand priorities and funding. Must possess experience which provides knowledge of asset control, including cash handling procedures and sales operations such as: receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit and use of cash accountability control methods. Must have experience which demonstrates ability to provide work direction to other employees and knowledge of fire, safety, and health regulations. Must have basic computer skills and be able to use computer software to monitor sales, inventory, accounting and timekeeping programs. Successful completion of a Tier 1 investigation is required.
