About the position: This position is located at the NAF Human Resources Office, part of the 52 Force Support Squadron and will be responsible for recruitment and placement services within all NAF Facilities on Spangdahlem AB, Germany. This position is Regular Full Time, which qualifies for Post Allowance, Annual & Sick Leave accrual, 401(k), Health & Dental Insurance, Life Insurance and more. Military Spouse Preference is lost if selected for this position.

Qualifying Experience: Human Resources Assistant - NF-02 Experience performing clerical work and providing customer service to internal and external customers. Experience applying rules, regulations, and procedures in accomplishment of clerical/administrative work related to personnel. Experience utilizing office automation software (MS Windows, MS Office, to include PowerPoint, Word, Access and Excel). Experience scheduling appointments. Experience conducting briefings to a group. Human Resources Assistant - NF-03 Experience interpreting and applying NAF HR rules, regulations, and procedures in accomplishment of clerical/administrative work Utilizing recruitment tools in hiring personnel (i.e., generating job postings, job fairs, or equivalent) Advising on routine recruitment strategies; troubleshooting and resolving personnel system and software issues. Experience in processing a variety of personnel actions. Experience in utilizing office automation software (MS Windows, MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel). Experience performing clerical work and providing customer service to internal and external customers.
