About the position: This position will be assigned to the Grizzly Bend. This position is considered flexible. Flex positions are not eligible to earn leave and other NAF benefits. Position starts at the lowest pay rate and increases when time in grade requirements are met.

Qualifying Experience: Demonstrates dependability and performs the expected volume of work. Performs cash handling functions within the established standards. Exercises tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers. Strictly follows safety and security instructions. Interacts with supervisors and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner demonstrating an ability to work cooperatively with others. Must follow acceptable standards of dress, personal hygiene and conduct. Implements and maintains an effective internal control system to preclude or minimize the potential for fraud, waste and abuse. Able to read and complete instructions on recipe cards. Recognizes intoxicated and unruly patrons and resolves the problem or seeks assistance if needed. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical. Must be able to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate and/or complete food handler's training. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).
