About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the 92 Force Support Squadron, NAF Accounting Office, Fairchild AFB, WA. Performs office automation duties in support of the Resource Management section. Uses word processing son ware to produce a variety of documents. This is a Regular Part time position; guaranteed 20-34 hours per week; depending on the needs of the facility.

Qualifying Experience: Must demonstrate progressive responsibility in general clerical experience involving arithmetic accuracy, and attention to detail. Must have experience in clerical or office work which demonstrates increased responsibility and knowledge of office automation software (MS Windows, MS Office. Power Point, Word, Access, Excel). correspondence, formats, grammar, and spelling. Must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Must demonstrate critical thinking and time management skills. Must have experience with general knowledge of accounting procedures and techniques. Must show progressively responsible experience in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody, and other processing of cash items when this includes ( I) direct handling of cash items and (2) use of cash accountability control methods.
