About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to Outdoor Recreation Manges Information Tickets and Travel. Maintains physical inventory of tickets. Negotiates group pricing for admission/travel events. Responsible for balancing ITT accounts as required. Maintains records for inspections and audits. Assists with planning, developing, coordinating and conducting a variety of classes and trips. Provide transportation when needed.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Practical knowledge of ITT procedures and the hospitality industry. Proficiency in computer use to include software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint etc) Must have knowledge of basic NAF accounting practices and knowledge of cash handling procedures, bank deposits, inventory control, and cash register systems. Prior customer services experience is required. Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing. Experience which has provided a familiarity with the routines and procedures for the ticket and travel operation. This is a drug tested designated position. The incumbent is subject to random testing for drug used. Successful completion of a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) required. Availability to work uncommon hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays and work a schedule that flexes with the program schedule demands. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
