MANDATORY QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: For this particular job, applicants must meet all competencies reflected under the Mandatory Qualification Criteria to include education (if required). Online resumes must demonstrate qualification by providing specific examples and associated results, in response to the announcement's mandatory criteria specified in this vacancy announcement: Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and supporting business solutions using the Microsoft 365 Platform including SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI) Extensive experience working with legacy SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Subscription Edition (SPSE) with JSLink technology to be able to complete a migration on multiple fabrics. Demonstrated ability to engage with customers, stakeholders, and leadership to identify needs, define requirements, and deliver user-focused solutions, and support the use of trusted data for decision-making Strong experience organizing business content, workflows, forms, and collaboration spaces in a way that improves usability, maintainability, and long-term sustainment Demonstrated experience with records management principles as an information officer to lead and consult other team members in office record plan and annual inventory. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: A. Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication Design, Computer Science, Statistics, Psychology, or a degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems, or networks. -OR- B. Combination of Education and Experience: A minimum of 24 semester (36 quarter) hours of coursework in any area listed in option A, plus experience working in interactive design, user testing, front-end development, or a related field that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work. As a rule, every 30 semester (45 quarter) hours of coursework is equivalent to one year of experience. Candidates should show that their combination of education and experience totals 4 years. -OR- C. Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in interactive design, user testing, front-end development, or a related field that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work. -AND- IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies: Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: In addition to the mandatory qualifications, experience in the following is desired: Working knowledge of legacy or complementary workflow and forms tools such as Nintex and Nitro Studio Experience working in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, requirements, and deadlines Demonstrated ability to modernize or transition legacy business applications, workflows, and reporting solutions to more sustainable enterprise platforms Strong experience organizing business content, workflows, forms, and collaboration spaces in a way that improves usability, maintainability, and long-term sustainment
