Supervisors must supervise at least one government employee; they typically supervise between three to fifteen employees.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: For this particular job, applicants must meet all competencies reflected under the Mandatory Qualification Criteria to include education (if required). Online resumes must demonstrate qualification by providing specific examples and associated results, in response to the announcement's mandatory criteria specified in this vacancy announcement: 1. Leadership experience, including managing and resolving cross-organizational or interpersonal conflicts, balancing competing priorities, and/or building consensus. 2. Experience acquiring data, performing data cleaning, ensuring data quality, and/or facilitating data access. 3. Experience with analytic abilities in fraud analytics, business analytics, and metrics. 4. Experience cultivating professional networks of peers internal and external to an organization to work collaboratively and accomplish shared goals. 5. Experience in creating and maintaining databases and data management software. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: A. Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Criminal Justice, Criminology, Mathematics, Police Science, Statistics, or a related field. -OR- B. Combination of Education and Experience: A minimum of 24 semester (36 quarter) hours of coursework in any area listed in option A, plus experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work. As a rule, every 30 semester (45 quarter) hours of coursework is equivalent to one year of experience. Candidates should show that their combination of education and experience totals to 4 years. -OR- C. Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: In addition to the mandatory qualifications, experience in the following is desired: 1. Software experience in Tableau, Python, SQL, advanced Excel, Power Shell, Power Script, and/or AI computing. 2. Possess an active professional certification in fraud examination, such as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or an equivalent accredited professional credential. 3. Knowledge of implementing and using AI to enhance workflows, processes, and/or procedures. 4. Knowledge of CIGIE policies and standards, or experience working in an Inspector General office. 5. Possess an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or an equivalent accredited project management credential.
