MANDATORY QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: For this particular job, applicants must meet all competencies reflected under the Mandatory Qualification Criteria to include education (if required). Experience analyzing requirements, and/or integration capability documents including but not limited to engineering processes, computer science, and/or data analytics for validity and accuracy. Experience with intelligence collection management, processes, and/or tools. Experience with identifying and tracking customer requirements. Experience identifying sensor capabilities and limitations to determine applicability to obtain data to conduct or enhance collection. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: A. Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in GEOINT, Systems Engineering, Engineering, Remote Sensing, Requirements Management, Image Science, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or a related field. -OR- B. Combination of Education and Experience: A minimum of 24 semester (36 quarter) hours of coursework in any area listed in option A, plus experience that involves defining domain-specific requirements and processes or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work. As a rule, every 30 semester (45 quarter) hours of college is equivalent to one year of experience. Candidates should show that their combination of education and experience totals 4 years. -OR- C. Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in defining domain-specific requirements and processes or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: In addition to the mandatory qualifications, experience in the following is desired: Experience with research and analysis in systems engineering and/or engineering management. Experience working collaboratively as part of a team to ensure that project goals and deadlines are met. Experience applying acquisition policies and procedures in acquiring materials and/or services. Experience providing guidance and translating issues to customers. Experience with implementing process improvement by defining problems and identifying solutions. Experience analyzing complex problems and making data-driven recommendations.
