MANDATORY QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: For this particular job, applicants must meet all competencies reflected under the Mandatory Qualification Criteria to include education (if required). Online resumes must demonstrate qualification by providing specific examples and associated results, in response to the announcement's mandatory criteria specified in this vacancy announcement: 1. Experience performing criminal investigations, security inquiries, or intelligence analysis supporting Federal, Local, or State agencies. 2. Experience writing investigative reports with appropriate elements within the law enforcement community and/or IC; and collecting evidence in accordance with applicable rules. 3. Demonstrated knowledge of cyber and/or insider threats, foreign intelligence entities and terrorist organizations. 4. Experience briefing program capabilities to senior leaders. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: In addition to the mandatory qualifications, experience in the following is desired: 1. Investigative credentials or equivalent; or advanced analytic or investigative training and/or experience. 2. Holds an active Certified Counter Insider Threat Professional - Fundamental's certification. 3. Computer forensics certification from an accredited entity such as: CISSP, CISM, Security+ or equivalent.
