Job Description
To qualify for the GS-14: Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the federal service. Specialized experience must include ALL of the following: Providing expert advice and guidance on the agency's policy, programs, missions, and requirements. Implementing quality management processes to ensure agency effectiveness and consistency in work processes, operational procedures, and cross-functional collaboration. Applying various qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and improve program effectiveness. Creating, managing, and interpreting complex information databases to produce quality management and program performance metrics. Participating in teams to develop and implement management systems for users at the division, office and program levels. To qualify for the GS-13: Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the federal service. Specialized experience must include ALL of the following: Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of agency programs, missions, and requirements. Evaluating and reporting the effectiveness of work processes, operational practices, and integration between various functional areas. Analyzing qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and improve program effectiveness and identify trends. Creating and managing information databases to produce quality management and program performance metrics. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
