NSA Hawaii is in need of skilled/experienced Facilities professionals to lead the Operations and Maintenance branch.

Job Description

The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position. Relevant experience must include two or more of the following: space planning or interior design; community or campus planning; construction; business administration; architecture; engineering (for example, facilities or infrastructure related field); finance; property or space management; trades or facilities operations; facilities system integration or interaction; hospitality; budgeting, cost estimating, project management activities in a related facilities or trade environment; building systems; HVAC; fire protection; plumbing. Certification in a relevant field (for example, electrical, mechanical, interior design) may count for up to one year of experience. At least one year of experience leading people, projects, or programs specifically related to facilities or infrastructure is also required. Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 10 years of relevant experience, vocational/technical training in a relevant field plus 9 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 4 additional years of relevant experience, or a Journeyman license in a relevant field plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Master Tradesman license in a relevant field with no additional experience.
